This is week two of my 10K training program.
Today I will run for 2min and walk for 2min, repeat 7 times. Thanks Mia for the little kick in the butt… That’s all I needed. Now I can concentrate on something at the gym rather than doing random exercises every time. I will continue to go to the sauna of course, it’s the nicest thing about Dublin.
Yay 🙂 Soon running will be fun and dare I say, perhaps even easier.
